Their clients specialise in factual entertainment and publish content on social media platforms, but most specifically, YouTube. They are engineers, chefs, scientists, gardeners, and many more besides. Ziggurat’s main service is representing clients in commercial negotiations, and they also provide advice on business development, operations, resourcing and creative activities, like video production. By bringing together a team of passionate experts, Ziggurat enables its clients to excel as creatives and entrepreneurs, going beyond the day-to-day of content creation to realise projects across traditional entertainment. With specialists involved in publishing, live events, product launches, and broadcast media, Ziggurat offers a holistic and bespoke approach that, over the past 9 years, has helped build a lasting connection between the world’s largest niche and innovative creators, and their audiences.

Growth Since Opening: Founded by Charles Haynes in 2016, Ziggurat XYZ started as a one-person operation. The company grew steadily, initially relying on local internships and part-time employees before hiring its first full-time employee in 2017. Today, they have 19 members of staff. Their services have expanded from focusing primarily on sponsorship opportunities to include video production, media management, product development, accounting, staffing and recruitment, and more.

Recognition: In 2025 Ziggurat XYZ received a King’s Award for Enterprise, being recognised in the International Trade category for “significant growth overseas over the past six years”. They began working with their first U.S. client, Gavin Free and The Slow Mo Guys, in 2018, and now have clients in twelve countries, with one third of their roster based in the United States. That roster has launched bestselling books, appeared on billboards, and brought million-dollar products to market.

The head office, situated in a renovated Victorian brewery in the centre of Northampton, acts as a vibrant hub of global activity.
