Ongoing Growth:

Vulcan Works has seen significant growth, now operating at 60% capacity and continually expanding its offer to support the creative and digital community. The introduction of a fully equipped podcast studio, alongside the launch of the bimonthly ‘Gather & Create’ meet‑up, has helped foster a vibrant network of collaboration — including partnerships with NN1 Dev Club and a dedicated marketing meet‑up. Their business growth programme, Vulcan Creatives, has already supported the creation of 30 new businesses, demonstrating the impact the hub is having on nurturing talent and driving innovation in West Northants.

Looking ahead, the team is in the process of relaunching Vulcan Sessions 2026 and further promoting the Podcast Studio, signalling an exciting next phase of growth and opportunity.
