About the The Prologis Warehouse and Logistics Training Programme: The Hub at DIRFT is Prologis’ award-winning centre for training and education is home to the Prologis Warehouse & Logistics Training Programme (PWLTP), aimed at those leaving education or looking for a career change, equipping them with the skills and experience to succeed. The Hub features three distinct areas: a reception and touchdown space for visitors, three flexible training rooms, and three meeting rooms that Prologis customers at DIRFT can use away from the hustle and bustle of their facilities. In 2024, Prologis introduced Inclusive Apprenticeships—flexible, bespoke, “earn while you learn” vocational training pathways designed for those from Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) backgrounds. 

Growth and Development: Since its opening in 2022, over 2,000 people have received training through PWLTP, resulting in 260 positive job outcomes with numerous logistics operators, including Royal Mail, GXO, DP World, CEVA, and DHL.
