J&J Global Fulfilment is a leading eCommerce fulfilment provider based in Brackmills, Northampton. They specialise in helping eCommerce brands scale their business globally through outsourced fulfilment solutions via their international network of fulfilment centres. In addition to theirNorthampton facility, they also have fulfilment centres in North America, the EU, and Australia, enabling both domestic and international brands to localise fulfilment and provide their customers with a faster, more affordable online shopping experience.

Alongside their fulfilment offering is ControlPort™, their proprietary order and warehouse management system that gives brands total visibility of their operations, helping them to see more, sell more, and grow more.

Growth and Development: Since being founded in 2010, J&J Global Fulfilment has significantly expanded their operations. After outgrowing their original UK sites, they now operate from a 440,000 sq ft facility in Northampton, including vertical storage.

In 2016, they opened their first international site in Columbus, Ohio. Since then, they’ve added fulfilment centres in Las Vegas, Toronto, Venlo, and Brisbane, supporting global growth for their clients.

Future Growth Plans: J&J Global Fulfilment have plans to open another fulfilment centre in Europe in the near future, and are discussing the prospect of opening sites in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions.

They continue to develop their technology capabilities with more integrations and deeper business intelligence insights that will continue their mission to give their clients all the data they need to make smarter business decisions.

And, they’re actively exploring how they can use AI to improve their service offering, client support and productivity in a way that empowers their people, rather than replace them.
