About Haus of HR and Haus of Coaching:
Based in Towcester, Haus of HR is an award-winning HR consultancy providing practical, commercially focused HR support to SMEs and growing organisations across West Northants, the wider region and throughout the UK.
Founded by Rachel Collar in 2021 following more than two decades working in senior corporate HR roles, Haus of HR was created to give smaller businesses access to the level of professional HR expertise traditionally associated with much larger organisations – but in a practical, flexible and refreshingly jargon-free way.
The consultancy supports businesses throughout the employee lifecycle, including HR compliance, employee relations, recruitment, employee engagement, wellbeing, leadership development, and more.
Alongside the HR consultancy, Rachel developed Haus of Coaching, a complementary Executive, Leadership and Career Coaching brand. Haus of Coaching works with leaders, professionals and organisations to build confidence, strengthen leadership capability, navigate career transitions and create meaningful professional development. Ongoing Growth:
Since launching in 2021, Haus of HR has grown from a founder-led start-up into an established consultancy with a growing team of experienced HR professionals supporting clients across a wide range of sectors.
Haus of Coaching has grown alongside the consultancy, creating a second distinct brand and expanding the business into Executive, Leadership and Career Coaching, leadership development, psychometric assessment and organisational development.
In 2026, the businesses celebrated their fifth anniversary – an important milestone for a company that began during a period of considerable economic and workplace uncertainty.
The growth has also been recognised through numerous business awards. In 2026 alone, Haus of HR was named HR Consultancy of the Year 2026 – East Midlands at the UK Enterprise Awards and Best SME HR Consultancy 2026 – East Midlands in the Business Elite Awards.
Haus of Coaching has also been recognised in 2026 with the Organisational Development Excellence Award – East Midlands and Leadership & Career Coaching Provider of the Year – East Midlands at the Midlands Enterprise Awards.
These follow a range of previous regional and national accolades, including Rachel being named Business Woman of the Year – Gold Winner and Haus of HR achieving Silver in the Towcester Business of the Year category at the 2025 SME Northamptonshire Business Awards.
The company is also accredited by the Good Business Charter, reflecting its commitment to responsible, ethical and people-focused business practices.

West Northants has been an important part of the Haus of HR story from the outset. Being based in Towcester places the business within easy reach of Northampton, Daventry, Brackley, Silverstone and Milton Keynes, while its central location makes it straightforward to support clients across the Midlands and throughout the UK.

Rachel is actively involved in that community alongside running the businesses. Her wider roles have included serving as a Non-Executive Director and Vice President for the Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes Chamber of Commerce, alongside supporting education and employability initiatives, mentoring other professionals and entrepreneurs, and volunteering with local charities and community organisations.
